Carol Vendrick
Carol Vendrick has been a dedicated volunteer for the Friends of the Phoenix Public Library for over 5 years. She not only dedicates her time in Barbies Room at our warehouse, but has been advocating passionately for Acacia Library and has recently taken on duties at the Friends' Place book store.
Her passion for books and the library is evident and shows through her volunteer service to the Friends.
“I find it gratifying know that the public and especially teachers get great finds at our public book sales.” Carol adds, “If you like books, it can’t be beat. All sorts of books run through your hands at the warehouse”.
Carol is just one of our wonderful volunteers participating in Friends’ activities. We would not be able to continue serving our community without dedicated volunteers like Carol.
